No game is based enough to have a real equivalent. Madman villains like Kefka come close but I get the feeling that the Red Guy wouldn't want to destroy the entire world. That would be too comprehensible. Also, you can't even beat up kids in most games but he did it all the time

Also, Charlie Adler did the voice for the Red Guy, Cow, and Chicken. That man has some real range. Everyone these days loves to shit on voice actors, but some of them are actually good at their jobs
