this is always such a dishonest argument. cheap random brands are going to have less quality control, poorer warranties, and that's not even including that they've been caught outright lying about what parts are inside multiple times. you know that's what they mean.

yes razer and logitech have major issues and have become shit too but don't let that blind you and think these random brands are going to be miracles.

>What I don't understand is what the fuck is the software even doing?
every single piece of software that controls your peripherals sends data analytics to their servers; software usage, PC specs, etc. They sell it to advertisers to milk you out of every singly penny they can by selling your data.
If you don't believe me, go read the actual TOS of your RGB/peripheral software. This practice has been the norm for over a decade now.

They were 200 bucks on newegg.
I bought them forever ago so I have two in mint condition, I have a refurbished G500 and I also have a G502.

I use the G502 the most because I got used to it and the wheel is the best out of all of them. I also modded it so the sunken middle button is actually usable which makes a huge difference.

I can't comprehend why other mouse brands don't put the wheel tilt buttons on their brands--those things are super fucking useful for gaming. I think Razer has one offering that has it and beside that it's only Logitech.
