Was Marche right?
Ironically TA2 says no because ACKCHULLY they were drawn into FF12's world which is a real Ivalice and the book is just a dimensional transporter, not a reality merger or magical "parasite" like FFTA itself said.
>>719444535Doesn't that make Marche correct? Everyone in fucking FF12 needs to die
>>719444475No, Marche is the villain because everything in that Ivalice had an equal right to exist.
>>719445964Did you also not turn off your GBA because it erased everyone in that universe?
I'm gonna ask a question and I don't want you guys to be mad at me. I've only played ffta and ffta2. I know fft doesn't have any of the new races as in ffta but does it have the same map system? Or is it more like fire emblem. I just don't know what mechanics are similar or different between the OG and the mobile gamesI really like the way ffta feels to play but I really hate the story. I wish there was a middle ground between the mechanics I like from ffta but a more serious story from the OG. I've tried tactics ogre and...what's it called. That indie steam game but I can't really find a tactics game that scratches the same itch that ffta does
>>719446049Yes
>>719444475Both Marche and Verso were right
I hope they remake the sequel so we can argue about marche for decades to come
>>719446147Marche - rightVerso - wrongIf you thought they were making the same point then you are a diagnosable imbecile
>>719444535Regardless whether or not it was fake or real, it was still an escape for them, and escape from their lives. And more importantly, it still turned them into worse versions of themselves.>>719445964And the humans had their right to exists as actual humans with agency instead of monsters designated around Mewt's hugebox.
This seems like a crypto Versofag thread
>>719446417That one poor bastard that got turned into an old man would probably want to return too.
>>719446147The people of Paris didn't get transmogged into the painted world forced to live a medieval fantasy life
>>719444535They were different books, fuckass. The FFTA book made a fake worldFFTA2 book was a different one that transported them.
>>719446703You can't prove the Gran Grimoire and the Grimoire of the Rift aren't exactly the same book with a different jacket
>>719446859>Librarian Mewt put the horrible evil grimoire back on the shelf as a joke
>>719446859There's quite literally a wish granter thing telling you the world in TA its an illusion, and no such thing as a wish granter telling you this can be found in A2, or any being for that matter telling you something like this.
>>719446964Why the hell would Mewt imply familiarity with Ivalice and the book if they're not the same book, is the thingThey also have to be since Montblanc has cut-off "Ma..." lines implying he remembers Marche
>>719444475Yes. Marche & friends got lucky when the world transformed and stayed as humans. Meanwhile some of his classmates turned into zombies (that Marche was forced to kill in self-defense). He did the right thing by restoring the world to its previous state.
>>719446859You are retarded. There are two Grimoires of the Rift, Illua has one. She directly identifies that Luso has the other. Lezaford, wise sage of Jylland, talks about the mythical Gran Grimoire with Luso, and how it has the power to reshape the world. The Grimoire of the Rift can't do that.
my waifu
>>719446417They get to live lives as stronger beings. What's the problem?
>>719447943how about you face your problems instead of turning random people into lizards?
>>719448351My problem is that I can't have sex with Viera.
>>719446958Well he doesn't agree that it's evil otherwise it would just be too overwhelmingly clear that Marche was right
>>719448351My problem is that I can't have sex with Bangaa*.
>>719446049If you die in Ivalice, you die in real life. sounds pretty real to me.
>>719446417>and escape from their livesBut that was where their lives took them, how are they escaping?
