all remakes are dog shit unless they're total remakes like the RE games and even then it's a complete crapshoot. the fable remake is fucking abominable. even the PC version of TLC sucks because it lacks proper controller support so it has no analog movement (even if you use a pad mapper it will still just be digital movement with the sticks). The only way to play the game is on the original Xbox, or finding a way to get an emulator to run it properly on a PC.

Game's kinda shit up until you get back into Bowerstone but then it goes full rush mode to end and put you into the post-game kingdom management mode which equates to "spend 100000000000000 gold to build an orphanage" or "enslave all the children of Bowerstone". I would have tried the remake if they didnt implement a fucking skyrimesque console UI in exchange for the old one that worked fine with a mouse and with a gamepad.Like why? No one ever complained about the Fable 1 UI. There was no reason to. So their reaction was to develop a new one that does the same thing but with half the input features lacking.
