this game looks fun. i want to get it next steam sale because it always goes on sale for like 3 dollars. should i get the regular edition or the EX edition? is there any censorship/lost content/major negative changes in the EX version or is it the definitive version?
>>719494998There is no censorship to speak of, all the different versions have the same content. The only thing worth mentioning is that only the Nintendo 3DS version has English voices for some reason (and only the dub, you can't play it with the original Japanese voices), while the PC version and EX version for Switch only have Japanese voices (for some reason).

>>719495501It's pretty hard to fuck up a shoot 'em up if you're given a blueprint to follow. "The character should move this quickly" is a lot more simple than "the character should move this quickly and have this amount of acceleration/deceleration and should reach the apex of their jump within X frames and land after Y frames and you should this amount of time to jump after walking off a ledge" etc.
>>719496056I beat the 3DS version years ago, I consider it a fun game that isn't for everyone, you have to like beat 'em ups and tolerate slowdown/framedrops in the case of the original version. It should run better on PC and Switch.
