Just play the PS2 macross game. It's really great and you don't need to translate it to follow along. It's also a fair bit better than battlecry.

>>719519045For me the vfx2 and the ps2 are the best ones, specially the vfx2 because the storyline is basically canon. The psp frontier trilogy is good but I don’t like the whole finisher mechanic. The only issue with Macross 30 is that you need a guide if you don’t have moonrune knowledge, specially if you want to tie the game into the canon of the series
