does anyone else get kinda jealous when seeing other NPCs with pip boys, when I first came to vault 21 and saw sarah with the pip boy I killed her, anyone else I saw having it died too like anderson at westside, it pissed me off even more if their pip boy light was on and I could see the vault boy status hud on it, it just irked at something in my brain, like it was taking away a piece of my character. I should be the only one having the pip boy, no one else, when I first came across that guy with the broken pip boy at honest heart's dlc's beginning I nearly killed him on sight until he told me it was broken, anyone else like this or am I mildly autistic

>>719524309Doubt it. Considering its functionality I don't think it weighs more than a smartphone or two. It really doesn't have anything that would require to be bulky like that.. except nuclear reactor which is the only feasible reason for it to be so massive in "initial designs".
I'm not as autistic as you but I do wish they did more with pip-boys as status symbols in the wastes. It would've been fun to find high level wastelanders with pipboys kind of like finding high level warriors in Morrowind with artifacts on them. At least in 3 and 4 you're frequently hired or involved because of your pip-boy, it would've been fun if somewhere someone just wanted you dead because of your pipboy.
