Why do you want to pay for the same game again? Just play Fallout 2 with mods. RPU, maybe the Talking Heads and Talking Heads That Actually Talk mods if you can stomach the art style and direction. Maybe try playing an evil character for once (get a slave tattoo as soon as you possibly can, and sell Sulik to Metzger).
