i remember playing this game as a kid and i used to just walk around the zoo seeing things happening in the first level and i wouldn't wanna knock stuff over with morty cause i imagined its an actual living world and i didn't want to disrupt iti think i had autism

Second game was better
I have played it on pc and I distinctively remember how the action icons have pissed me off. I don't know how it was for the console versions but man I actually do like modern games having proper "press this button!" prompt on stuff because of this.
