Try the GBA card game then. I think the pixel art is still pretty cool. That and you can ~~Play as riku/dark riku after beating the game~~

Union Cross was technically turn-based. You just get anywhere from 6-12 attacks per turn, and event enemies could (and would) kill you in one, so you could only get three turns to kill the enemy before you ran out of revives.
