I only got bloody shite once, a couple of weeks ago.
Bowel movements were taking too long (I have diarrhoea every day but sometimes it takes a while for everything to come out) so I got impatient and started straining, and eventually gave up. Hey dingus I have some bad news for you. Your BODY produces "carbohydrates" aka glucose from your liver, even if you eat literally 0g of carbs a day for the rest of your life it wouldn't matter. It does this because your brain doesn't run on ketones, and neither do your muscles. You need glucose, the thing that feeds cancer. Hence why it is unavoidable.

The only thing you can do is fast to ensure the absolute least turnover of protein and fat to glucose is done by your live so your blood sugars tank, but even then you can only do that for so long (which will be made even shorter by the cancer, even if you are a giga hambeast with hundreds of pounds to lose fasting + cancer will eat through it in weeks flat) and you'll still be technically feeding the cancer anyway.
