I think it's exciting having a Silent Hill that's not in northeast America for once & 1960's rural Japan isn't played out, Hinako the protagonist isn't ugly either I think those are desperate shitposters that were looking for anything to complain about (prior to gameplay being revealed, then they got the ammo they sought). This should've been a good game but they truly fucked it over with bad combat gameplay. >enemy does slow obvious charge attack>wail on them in mid-charge>doesn't cancel their attack, the monster doesn't even flinch to being hit or stabbed, essentially looks like you're fighting illusionsIt looks so fucking bad, don't even get me started with the parrying that fucks any concept of this being grounded to reality instead of just being Silent Hill: Isekai.

It might be good, it might be bad it might be somewhere in the middle but I love the Siren/Fatal Frame Japanese aesthetic and I hope that its a fun game to play.
