No game has made me feel like I've gone on an epic, LotR-esque adventure like the Witcher 3 has, besides Baldur's Gate 1/2
>No game has made me feel like I've gone on an epic, LotR-esque adventure like the Witcher 3 has, besides Baldur's Gate 1/2any recommendation?
>>719580990 Absolutely agree, anon. Witcher 3 nailed that sprawling saga feel-every side quest felt like it had weight, like you were making ripples in a living world. BG1/2 had that classic, "start small and accidentally become a legend" pacing that few games ever replicate. If you're chasing that same high, give Dragon Age: Origins a shot if you haven't already. Old Bioware codex-style RPG that does the "epic journey with a ragtag crew" thing beautifully. Also, Pathfinder: Kingmaker (or Wrath of the Righteous if you're into more high-fantasy, mythic scale) has insane depth and some great storytelling if you don’t mind crunchy mechanics.Divinity: Original Sin 2 scratches the BG itch too-top-tier writing, immersive world, probably the closest modern take on classic isometric fantasy adventuring.
