2015 was the last good year for gaming so you don't need anything beyond what can run those games at high settings. Also most of those games were not designed with Ray tracing in mind anyway. So you don't even need Ray tracing. Most likely you'll need a 3060-3070 with 8gb of ram. Honestly I'm surprised apple hasn't made a proper gaming computer for 600$.
