Why is Rayman Revolution hated so much? It added an explorable hub world, new bosses, it has every minigame from the dreamcast version of Rayman 2 along with seven more exclusive minigames and the extra textures in levels that were exclusive to the Dreamcast version like Eig in the swamp.
>>
I don't think anybody hates it, it's just the hub feels like busywork. I would say play the DC or PC version first and play Revolution on a replay.
>>
PC vegans back in the day hated the fact they didn't have the kino hub and voice acting

How are you this dense?
The hub worlds contribute to half the atmosphere of the game and add context for the lore.
It is quite literally an inferior and dumbed down experience without them.
Rayman 2 wouldn't live rent free in my mind 2 decades later if it wasn't for those hub worlds
>>
Micheal ancel himself even stated that the dreamcast bersion is the best version and his favorite one. Just stick with that one.

The better version didn't have that, because it was a waste of time.
