The computer tells you where the final stage is for both fixing and destroying the power plant (right wall), and it tells you that the robot navigation is fucked and you have to guide it in stages to navigate the room, and you can see the robot, as well as being able to mouse over each object in the room to see their name. Some bluesuit (it's what nakeds were called because everyone naked is just in a vault suit) would go to the NCR bazaar where people are congregating and then blow up a person or two, eliminating himself in the process, then his buddy who was standing by watching would rush in and loot all the shit that the dead guys dropped. So suicide bombings became a common occurrence in cities where the guards would normally keep you safe from open combat.They ended up turning the guards into bomb sniffers who could tell when you had dynamite or C4 armed on you and would gun you down. The guards would also rush to loot anything that dropped to deny any suicide killer's friends from looting. But they never eliminated the problem entirely as far as I remember it because people would still just 1hex burst someone to death, get instakilled by the guards and get all that guy's shit deleted by the guards taking it just to grief them even if they couldn't get it themselves.
