i loved botw but i hated totk. it felt like those shitty make your own car/robot games modded into the botw. i also hated that it cost to build things. i have a job i dont have time to tp back and forth between the same places to respawn the ores.

i put about 30-40 hours in the game before i said fuck this. maybe if i played longer the resource management isnt an issue? also nintendo got really butthurt about people saying the combat being easy in the 1st one and cranked it up way too much in the 2nd.

such a shame i was really excited to fight 3 headed dragons and shit. i remember i took like 2 weeks off from work and just played botw nonstop. literally fell asleep with the controller in my hand, would wake up, and continue gaming.

prolly one of my happiest memories.
