I legitimately think Uma Musume is the perfect gacha game. The "gameplay" is basically all I want out of a phone game. It's not an autobattler where you just watch characters do things but it's also not demanding you to slide your fingers all over the screen like a manchild (play a real fucking game at that point). The underlying core of the game is surprisingly complex while not requiring a lot of inputs which, in my opinion, is the best for a mobile game. It's also not softcore coomer chink/gook shit so that's a plus.

Just a traditional kind of roll the dice RPG where you have to be tactical about how you plan things out. Has similar roguelite elements but very replayable, challenging too but lacks the fun story/character development of uma which does help carry that franchise to even further heights. Still I like slice and dice as a mobile game

It's not a deal breaker but I didn't get Balatro specifically because it doesn't have a vertical mode even though it should. Another big reason why I like Uma.

I can't really see a single reason to engage with gacha. What is there to even do? The gameplay is awfully basic most of the times, endless grind for nothing in particular, shitty vn for a story. There are so many better alternatives it's not even funny.

Winlator is a general Windows emulator that allows you to play your favorite PC games on a phone, though of course it requires a strong hardware(Snapdragon CPU is recommended) and some messing with the settings.There is a multiplatform engine for HOMM3 called VCMI, allowing you to play any version of the game as well as mods. Doesn't come with the game so you gotta grab it yourself beforehand.For RPGMaker games there is EasyRPG for RPGM2000 and 2003 and Joiplay for newer versions. Both are kinda crusty though.That's all I can remember for now.
