STOP PLAYING YOUR GAME AND GO FOR AN EMERGENCY CHUG
>BABE YOU ARE LITERALLY DYING OF DEHYDRATION, GO DRINK SOMETHING!Not yet.
I've been drinking exclusively seltzer water and have become completely addicted. Go through at least 4 liters of the stuff a day
>>719618305what's the appeal
>>719618305seltzer is pretty damn nice. always makes me feel like i've cleansed my whole palate completely.
>>719618145i never buy sodapop anymore, only water and occasional cranberry juice
>>719618305>crack open seltzer can>it's flat in less than 30 minutes you HAVE to chug the shit. I hate it. It's not as bad in bottles but still what the fuck who thought it was a good idea to put carbonation in a fluid that can't retain carbonation as well without syrup
>>719618963fizzy water feels and tastes like a soft drink with literally zero negative downsides. It's completely replaced soft drinks for me. Also >>719619073 is a nice feeling.
>>719618145>GO FOR AN EMERGENCY CHUG>but leave the mic on
>>719619343I always get my seltzer water in 2l plastic bottles from my grocery store. They usually have a generic store brand that they barely advertise, you can get a 2 liter for $1.49
>>719619343>seltzer water>>719619073>>719618305that disgusting flavor just hit my tongue and I'm fighting for my life rn holy shit get good taste
>>719619150based cranberry juice enjoyer. Whenever I tell people I like cranberry juice they always ask if it's for urinary problems. They can't comprehend that people can just enjoy it for the taste
>>719619417you can get unflavored seltzer water anon. I prefer it actually, might get one with a hint of lime here and there but straight unflavored seltzer water is fantastic. I'm also a huge regular water enjoyer
>>719618305>>719619073>>719619358for me it's la croix. shit replaced soda for me completely, even the ones i like less than the others
>>719618305>>719619396Get a sodastream. It's way cheaper than buying bottles of carbonated water. Just make sure that you're able to get refills of sodastream CO2 canisters in some way that isn't too inconvenient.
>>719619514Ewwww>>719618145Fucking Indians on this board and their vegan water, bro. LmaoI like Pepsi *with real sugar*
>>719619817add a few tablespoons amirite? 'merica
>>719619514La Croix and Polar are great, but I'd recommend checking out your generic store brand seltzer and seeing if you like those as well. WAY more cost-effective and basically tastes the same, you're likely paying 3-4 times as much for it right now.
for me, its mexican coke.
>>719619840Yeah, monkey boy. With some MSG on my burger on the side
>>719618145i can't, i really need to cut back on coffee, or find a decaffeinated cold brew
Where my lemonade bros at?
>>719619358Carbonated water is still bad for your teeth.
what can I say, I love soda but hate the negative health effects. Seltzer water tastes the exact same without the syrupy/sugary aftertaste and is just as good for you as drinking regular water. Win/win/win as far as I'm concerned
>>719620013>Carbonated water is still bad for your teeththe risk is way less than regular soda, and unless you're completely replacing normal water with seltzer you'll be completely fine
>>719620016what sugar free sodas? isn't that just seltzer but with flavor?
ebina
>>719620067>what sugar free sodas? isn't that just seltzer but with flavor?no, seltzer is just carbonated water. Nothing more, nothing less. Sugar-free sodas have tons of additives and "non-sugar sugar" (forget the name for it, starts with an A) that technically gets around regulations so they can call it sugar-free. Think how Splenda isn't technically sugar but has similar negative health effects
>>719620296> starts with an Aaspartame?
>>719620568I think that's the one
>>719620296eventually we'll have allulose soft drink
>>7196206752 more weeks
>>719620296The fact that you dont even know the name of the chemical but make a huge sweeping generalization that isn't true is very telling. Aspartame has zero negative health effects, dozens of studies have shown that. the closest thing to a negative effect was found in mice after dosing them with an amount that is essentially impossible for a human to consume.
>>719620717thanks for correcting the record glowie, 0.02 cents have been deposited in your account
>>719620762Find me any evidence that aspartame "has similar negative health effects" to sugar. Increasing craving for food is not a similar negative effect to sugar.

>>719618305>>719619358Anybody else feel like those seltzers aren't as hydrating? I'll drink three in a row and still need a glass of water.
>>719621437depends on the seltzer, but I see where you're coming from
>>719618305Like the other guy said, get a sodastream, you'll save so much money. Also check the prices of cartridges, they can vary a lot. My local hardware store sells them for 4 dollars but some places go as much as 10.
>>719621507>some places go as much as 10.Capitalism was a mistake
>>719619965right here brotherI never drink soda, just water, milk, lemonade, beer, and irish coffee. my holy quintet.
>>719618145Yes sir! I will drink some water for now and after I finish exercising I will make myself HOT CHOCO
>>719618145CHUG MA DIHH NINJA
