the more i think about it, this was the golden era for Handhelds and its been downhill ever since>Both had unique features that made owning them worth it>game output was fierce,Sony was new to the handheld game and threw all of the money they where making of the PS2 at it, Nintendo was feeling the competition and was going all out with DS titles>3rd parties where at their peak making games that rivaled home console versions>golden age for CFW, a fully CFW PSP was a godly device to own in 2006>properly priced, you wernt paying home console prices for handheldsevery day i miss it.

I can only think of a handful of games that were worth playing on the system, mostly nintendo in-house vidyas like Mario Kart or Pokemon. PSP was tons better, but missed out on many great ports because of the inferior DS selling more units.

The ds lite and the Wii aesthetically are pleasing to me. Also the ds lite is actually portable.
