Dad used to play a lot of UT2004, Gran Turismo, and HL2:DM. My mom beat the half life series and got pretty far into Fallout 4. Mom was kinda getting into VR but it's been too hot over the past few months so she hasn't touched it recently. I built them a computer but it's not really being used for games so it's an overpowered HTPC that kinda sits there.
My dad played through the entirety of the newer versions of digdug and galaga on namco museum with me one night, also a little bit of ssx tricky. Hes never played video games outside of those though.

We do some couch games occasionally if she visits. There's just not that many games we are interested in and could be playing together and games where it's optional we prefer to play solo and go at our own pace.Also for non-local games few have LAN nowadays and we family share steam games so it feels like a waste to buy 2 copies of MonHun to play 3 hunts together before someone outpaces the other and being carried is not that fun.
