This could be the biggest blow against SKG.Unless the EU resolves this in 2 weeks, Ubisoft can point at the fact that they're allowing this The Crew private server to exist as proof the current laws and systems are fine.Of course Ubisoft could screw up this win by shutting it down but it's still possible. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if this had Ubisoft support behind the scenes purposely to make this case for them.
