Even then I enjoyed it, the skill system alone is worth it imo, and I assume they only improved upon everything since I last played. I wish more ARPG's had LE's skill system, it's a brilliant idea and executed perfectly.

I like GD a lot but it's so fucking old, even in a lot of their dev talks about Fangs of Asterkarn they have to talk about the issues of working around such an old framework. Just the werewolf transformation for the new class required a lot of work to implement changing the player character model.

>>719628587Diablo doesnt have attack speed stat. Last Epoch does and due to great item upgrade system you can stack specific stats as much you want. So rogue can dualwield 2h swords with tornado speed, and it looks great. PoE has attack speed stat too, but you can stack like 10% max, in LA you can have 200% or more. It affects not just base attacks, but skill animations too. Overall LA is probably the most fun one due to skills actually changing alot by upgrades, and you being able to build whatever insane stats by item upgrades and idols.
