Why are there so few fantasy civ builders?
Same reason there are barely any fantasy action games. The whole setting is attached at the hip with the RPG genre. When you say "fantasy" people expect gear, leveling up, classes etc

>>719636190The balance of the game can be all over the place because of it. Some cultures struggle while others have been top tier since launch and only gotten better. Plus you add on the power creep of the DLCs and many of the launch tomes and units aren't as good as they used to be.
