Does the Wii have any games worth playing? I was thinking of picking one up to play the Rayman Raving Rabbids games and Rabbids Go Home

A bunch. Most notably 1st party titles though if you're looking for party games like rabbits Warioware on Wii is a good one

As always, that depends on what you're looking for.
Do you want a platformer? Kirby's Return to Dreamland, Rayman Origins, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, both Super Mario Galaxy games etc.
Something violent? The first two No More Heroes games
Something fun that uses a lot of motion controls? both Wii Sports games, Warioware: Smooth Moves, Wii Play, Sonic Unleashed (can also use a classic controller or a Gamecube controller)
...etc.
