It really doesn't. The story is horrible. Cast of MASSIVELY boring characters (PW version of Miller, french bitch, paz, chico, huey, etc...) and an absolutely glacial story that went nowhere. Fucking Hot Coldman. All to end simply in "Huh... actually fuck the boss...". It's a piece of shit game. The missions are boring and the base building is tedious. Game is also ugly.
