In general, sure I agree with not attacking someone just because you don't like a product. Disliking a book ending or some voice actor is not cause for a death threat. But 14 messed up and trying to blame the players over what are relatively minor and fixable things (from a long term perspetive) is escalating it massively. It is feeling like gaslighting the company dropping the ball and turning it into someone yelling on twitter causing a bad expansion retroactively.

FGO just outearned Hoyoslop in revenue last month and it's been in service for 10 years. You know what they never did? Have the player act as the personal butler of some NPC on a low stakes 'adventure'.
