It will always be hilarious to me how far nu-vidya designers will go to prove a point. Panam is not particularly ugly, but neither is she a bombshell. I sent Songbird to the moon because it's the only real choice she's been able to make for herself for most of her life. Reed dying feels like it's the release he needs. If Songbird does die, at least she dies free of all the shit Myers had her doing on earth.
I would've preferred a more ambiguous ending but then I got a holo from an unknown number a couple days after finishing the expansion which was obviously from her, so I guess she's doing okay at the very least.
