You have to give the license to a different studio if you want a high octane action adventure with a smug womanizer bond walking into hotel lobbies, flirting with chicks, playing word games with the supporting cast and hiding in plain sight navigating through parties and shooting a couple bad guys in a big escape scene with a car chase. What you get from IO is hitman with set piece action.
