How many heroes of the original cast do you think are pretty damn close to a final design?
Seven is just perfect to me, I can't see his design changing much.

I doubt they were seriously planning to release Neon Prime. Basically every Valve game has gone through several different designs. Even when we talk about Deadlock it originally started out as a Half Life game.

I also like the idea of tourist Viscous, it makes sense for his character (being from the deep ocean and this is his first time on land) but the actual execution of it looks like shit. To me, I feel like Viscous shouldn't be fat, his voice does not fit a fat body at all. I feel that he needs to have a round fishbowl head, just like how he does now. I also don't like how Valve seems to have scrapped the idea of viscous being a small sea creature piloting a goo body like in this picture >>719905929 instead of him just being sentient goo.
