OG Tsuki is still the best, the far side routes put it on top of the list. Read it first to see if you like Nasu's writing.
Fate Stay Night is also quite good, so is Mahoyo.
If you liked Tsukihime you can also read Kagetsu Tohya, and Fate Hollow Ataraxia if you liked Stay Night. Both of those are fan-discs that are like 85% slice of life though.
Tsukihime remake is also worth reading, but they upped the stakes and made the battles more bombastic to appeal to Fatefags.
