The online for this game was really really good. Can you still play this on Xbox 360 online? Does it have Xbox one online play? I remember my proudest gaming memory being on team leader, the enemy team had their mvp still and a full squad and it was just me by myself. It was on that casino level. I somehow snuck around undetected and got the mvp, and slowly one by one took out their entire team WHILE being spectated the entire time. I had to wipe the sweat off my palms like 5 times which has never happened. I remember after the game ended a guy on the other team fucking raging incredibly hard and someone on my side sent me a friend request LMAO. That was back in like 2019 or 2018 I believe. I still had like 5 more camos to unlock but got burned out and took a break and quit.This game was amazing for fucking around as well. What was the map with the two buildings and all the wooden walkways and shit? I loved that you could rappel off the roof and hang upside down and just shoot your pistol at people like a retard. The game gave you an absurd amount of abilities to use when it was appropriate to do so, or when you wanted to just make an ass of yourself.I played it at launch as well but never got that good idk what happened back around 2018 but I got REALLY good and it just finally clicked after not touching it for a decade. This is my gold standard game for dudebro military online games

>>719928561It’s been a few years so I don’t remember my class I made. I’m pretty sure at that point I was more speed orientated and using an smg or something. I think I tried making a character that was close to full speed and mobility but could still tank one or two hits. so like 75 percent mobility 25% armor and mobility. I liked using the helmet with the added armor on the forehead and if I recall if I wasn’t playing super seriously I would use the yellow high vis camouflage. If I was on a map where stealth was possible I would pick something to blend in more. I would alternate between running around non stop rappelling and sprinting and then camping for 30 seconds at a time listening to stuff. I noticed that if I only sprinted and ran around I would slip up but if I played like someone who camped the entire time I wouldn’t be warmed up so I would cycle off and on to stay sharp over the course of a game.I’m pretty sure on the casino level I occasionally shot the slot machines while hiding to fuck with people while I was hiding to disorientate them and get them to panic and slip up.

I made a lot of long term online vidya friends playing Vegas. Some of us went on to play Metal Gear Online and MAG together. Good times.

They also randomized spawn points in some game modes which made it harder for teams to work together. Everything about it was worse, but it's the fact that Vegas 2 killed the player base of Vegas 1 that pisses me off the most.
