Game difficulty is a valid point of critique, especially if it's a ramp up of itI've heard that alot of people will just beat their head against certain areas under the assumption that it's the way the game is supposed to be playedThe tomb of giants in DS1 is not the 1st area, but some will try to push into it under the assumption that the game is supposed to be ""hard"" and bounce off. I think the same thing is probably happening here. The game doesn't have any direct way of communicating that a boss or area is for "later", and the "get good" mentality is making that even harder to parse.Yes, I did steal this opinion from a youtuber

The second boss, Bell Beast, does 2 damage whenever he or a bell hits you, so I wouldn't be surprised if lots of people fell off really early. Fourth Chorus and Skarrgard are also pretty punishing to bad players, and they're really early too.
