Why is odachi so ass in Nioh 2? After trying it out I began to understand why people default to spamming moonlit snow, because aside from this move, swirling snow and bolting boar the weapon hardly has anything worthwhile going for it and it eats so much ki, even with constant flux 2 you can swing it like 4-5 times max before you have to take a pause to regain your ki.

>>719935568It's actually a complete weapon in Nioh 2 unlike Nioh 1 and MSRedux is just extremely satisfying to use. You have variety to play stylish if you want even on early NG cycles.

With the other weapons you can sneak in a kick or some other attack that does good ki damage during small openings or when you are not sure what to do next, but odachi only has tail strike, which is not only slow and clunky, but it’s ki damage is just ok at best.

I used up EVERYTHING I had on the first one, just to stay alive. Exhausted all my jutsu and onmyo, only to run into the ANOTHER one.
I've been playing Nioh 2 for 500 hours and I just learned nuppeppos fucking explode if you feed them bombs.

Don't know why but I just can't seem to perform as well with any other weapons except the 2kat and tonfas
