Then there's the fact that they shoehorned him in in general to events that were already established as if no one would ever talk about a giant black man murdering people.No one would have bat an eye if he was a major NPC who partnered up with you or even knew Japanese because he worked with the Assassins closely and was sent there to start up a branch or something.

>>719943573Because Nioh is historical fantasy down to its core. The historical aspect of it is set dressing and every single notable person you meet from history literally kills yokai and takes land by using their Living Weapons whereas in Assassin's Creed it's the main theme.
