When you enter the room, you will see 3 enemies together that drop 29 rosaries total.Charge an attack while running and then do another couple attack and you can kill them easily. Then run back.When you have silk, you can pretty much oneshot them with a spell.You do it fast and you get 100-120 rosaries per minute.
