Why would you need technology from the navy to play bing bing wahoo games? A dualshock is enough

i like how the dualshock 2 is so superior to every other controller in existence even its vietnamese bootlegs are better than most first party controllers.

I bought one of those after the submarine imploded out of curiosity and it's actually a pretty decent controller.

It's funny for me to imagine the reason why the submarine failed is because the controller disconnected.

I had this one and it lasted longer than any other controller I've ever had. I used it for about 6 years and even when I replaced it, it was still working. Meanwhile Xbox controller I have now lasted just over a year before it started experiencing crazy stick drift. I don't even want to mention Sony trash because it's complete trash, somehow it feels even cheaper than cheap Chinese trash.

It really feels like a cheap toy made for children. Even Nintendo is better.

It's like from 2010. I don't understand why they still manufacture it considering that it's simply not worth the money these days.

They chased after Nintendo because Nintendo is pretty damn stylish relative to the other big two players at the time, note that it's Gamecube that won the nostalgia wars even if the PS2 was an objectively better selling console. Sony's still so buck-broken over Nintendo that the PS5's aesthetic is a reuse of the Wii and Wii U's aesthetic.

I remember running through 3 of the wired versions because the wire at the top where it connected to the controller would malfunction and short out
>>

There was a period in time when Logitech was on a roll with their PC game pads. The Chillstream is fucking nuts, overall, as it does have a fan built into it and vents out air to keep your hands nice and chill over long play sessions.
>>
>>720183536

Can't relate to that experience on PC
On top of the mouse movement, you get left click, right click, and up/down/left/right swipes for bindable inputs, so you can do a lot with it

I bought the new wired Gamesir controller. This is a fucking lie. You can't set the back paddles to mirror a button or anything. You can only record a macro and set the paddle to playback the macro. It sucks and probably something I'm not going to use.

It isn't used more because it's a shitty gimmick, is why; I remember reading somewhere that most people just turn haptic triggers off on their PS5. It's also a battery hog, the Dualsense has notably worse battery life than its immediate predecessor.

It seems what it was is there was some dust in the trigger or something that was setting off an additional input; it'll rebind to just the one button if ONLY one button is pressed, but because it thought there was a trigger being pulled it was taking additional inputs along with the button press and thought it was recording a multi button macro. Blew into the trigger and now pressing just one button for "macro recording" assigns it to a button as it should.

6 buttons are really good for fighting games, generally you can get past with 4 but 6 is ideal since a couple of games were designed with 6 in mind
