The teemo hate started on an specific version of the game where he was scaled wrongly and could like 3 hit anyone if made full AP, then he got nerfed to the ground.Those who played against him that time hate him because of the flashbacks of being erradicated by him in mid/top or losing half your hp in a single mushroom trap and those who played him still try to build him the same way being totally useless lategame.
