The frame stuttering can be found here as well, and there are some levels that lumen drops the frames to 30 because it cant cope with properly bouncing light on every object in that area. Being a TB game is literally its saving grace when it comes to performance. Imagine if it played like an fps game. People would say different things about its performance

There is also a performance glitch when you set everything on ultra, where hair(but mostly beards) glows unnaturally. Adding the ghosting to the mix, you can see that U5 is a performance nightmareConsolefags should not speak about performance when they are playing this game on 30fps on quality and 60fps on performance with medium to low settings
