The main 'story' missions are laughably piss easy and there's only like 10 of them, then you just go farm 1,000,000 bucks in the arcade mode to unlock everything and the final cutscene. I got the MADMAN status legit on each level for getting 15k+ dollars in a single run besides the final level, i had to cheese than one, and you dont get shit for it lol
