Good for some emulators and older games pre 2014 with some indies. Not good for anything else really. It's very underpowered even the base deck LCD is really underpowered.

If you want a cheaper handheld just got an ROG ally z1 extreme it has 1080p and VRR. Bigger screen and you can get 60fps in elden ring by turning it down to 900p. Deck can't even play elden ring above 35-38fps at 800p

Rog Ally X, Legion Go is slept on. UMPCs in general are good and could satisfy most gamers. I think UMPCs are perfect for students or people traveling and APUs are great for mobile systems if you don’t want to gimp yourself with a ARM. Anyway, a UMPC, that can double as a tablet, laptop or desktop and run nearly every single program in the last 30 years does sound very appealing.
