THPS5 is an example of a game that won’t let you earn achievements offline then sync them on Xbox, but you can on PS4. It’s extra fucked because if you try to play this game online, it gives you an error because the servers are down. Meaning every achievement in this game, even single player stuff, is broken on Xbox.And there are server outages all the time that make people replay parts of story mode games because their achievement didn’t pop. Check trueachievements forums if you don’t believe me
