People say "Someone should just make a good RP server" but the issue with that is most sane people have jobs and life responsibilities outside of maintaining a game 24/7. I'm a fairly normal guy and I get my roleplay kicks playing D&D with my IRL friends. It's part of the reason I stopped playing SS13.

I was reading about people pitting different models against each other in simplified Mafia/Werewolf type games as part of capabilities testing recently, which basically works, but there's no chance you could get them playing SS13 properly right now. Maybe in a couple more years.
