It's pretty obvious that Clair Obscur will win the GOTY nomination. The Summer Games show just had Geoff Keighley talking about Unreal Engine non stop the entire time. It showcased games all on Unreal Engine. If that's not a sign for who funnelled the most money into the awards this year then I don't know what it is. Can you think of many Unreal Engine games that have the chance to make that nomination? unlikely any of them would make it into the big one at least. It will all on the technicality of Epic Games. And streamer/influencer tainted perspectives of course.
