There's two types of voice actors. Ones who can sound completely different and can voice a wide range of characters, and ones who use the same voice but it's a unique voice which is why they're used. Ben Starr fall under the latter. Troy Baker is the former. You'd have to compare Ben to guys like Keith David or Crispin Freeman. Troy Baker should be compared to guys like Matthew Mercer or Phil Lamarr.
