I've "back doored" my way into the citadel. Now I'm wondering if it's worth it to throw myself at this boss up at the top. Or go back to visit all the areas I skipped and collect more stuff. I kind of hate being weak. But at the same time, I'm enjoying the notion of sequence breaking.So tell me, in vague terms, is it worth killing this boss? Please don't tell me what the reward is or isn't, or what story outcome is or isn't, or anything too informative. I just want to know, on a personal level, do you guys feel like defeating this boss would be worth the hardship? Or would you recommend exploring more first? I don't even have the oil to upgrade my weapon further.

I just kind of feel like I shouldn't have been able to just frantically, almost face tank the boss. I keep seeing people complain about everything in the game dealing so much damage to you and the game being harder than Hollow Knight because of it. But when it's so much easier comparably to heal, how much does the damage you take even matter? You just need to learn how to heal and then you can make tons of mistakes. I wonder if DLC will make a more difficult version of the boss because I really love it otherwise.
