The only one I can think of is Nightmare of Decay.It looks cheap but its actually a fairly competent horror game.Although, because the combat is good, the horror aspect ends up not being very scary.Still very much worth it.

Fun combat is much less of a detriment to horror than third person free camera with default over-the-shoulder perspective, something that actively ruins horror by ruining all the context.3rdPFCOTSP at the very least needs completely diegetic menus and clunky controls like the OG Dead Space to get close to being horror, but it is inherently just a perspective that takes you out of the experience and gives you too much information, imagine a horror movie where you could just find out where the monster is at any time by switching to a regular perspective shot of the monster that is obviously just a guy in a suit.First person views at the very least do not actively take you out of the experience and give the devs greater control over what you can and will look at.
