I also have zero emotional attachment to any of the characters in this game besides maybe Mineru who didn't deserved it and Purah who wouldn't be in the far past. Nothing of consequence happens in ToTK storytelling because there are no stakes, which makes its worldbuilding inconsequential. You'll understand this if you think about Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom handling of lore between each other, not even something about the Zelda timeline.It'll be 70 dollars for a group of characters I don't care with cutscenes that don't matter because none if it mattered in ToTK and robo Link or not, it don't matter. None of Tears of the Kingdom thematic elements or characters matter. The Zelda from Breath of the Wild isn't even the same character as Tears of the Kingdom if you think about their character arcs and mannerisms. Ganondorf in ToTK was the only good character and that's just because he was one dimensional and having fun with the role, evil villain like Lord of the Rings Sauron was evil I can get behind.

It won't be consistent if they make another game or within the duology of Breath and Tears poor worldbuilding and lack of continuity. The dancing Korok that expands your inventory in Breath doesn't remember you at all in Tears of the Kingdom.
