What are your thoughts on the game? I'm still only 1 hour in and i'm unsure if this game is my cup of tea, i liked RF 3, 4 and 5, but Azuma seems like it's dumbed down everything.

Everything seems like it's automated, you can do most things from the menu, the farming is very simplified, people have said that the game is too easy even towards the end, there isn't as many stats to grind for like in the mainline series.
I love the aesthetic, the combat is alright but it's not the reason why i play Rune Factory, so idk if i should keep it or refund it. What did /v/ think?

i like it more than the others. ive been playing rune factory with each release since 2. the only negative is that it will ruin you on older games because of quality of life features. so finish those if you haven't before playing this.

Care to elaborate? I've only played 3, 4 and 5 and i like them, they can be grindy af at times and i love it.
To me it feels like there's TOO MUCH QoL, to the point where you don't even need to worry about farming or getting better gear all that much.

Like, Rune Factory was already a casual game, but they really made this game FOR CASUALS.
