That's actually not really that impressive anymore as far as end product goes and hasn't been for years. There's also a lot of full body animation going there that is giving the character a lot of life. There's actually a mod for Skyrim that makes it so NPCs do full body animations during dialogue and it makes an amazing difference even if it does start to get a little repetitive. There's also NPCs in Bloodlines that do just stand there and talk at the character. That looks equally as shit as Bethesda's games. Troika didn't put equally amount of effort into animating all the NPCs in the game.
